Manufacturer Warranties
After we complete your outdoor space, we’ll provide you with the necessary documentation you need to file a claim if the need arises. When there’s a problem, you can contact the company directly to process your claim.

If you notice any manufacturer defects within the warranty window, you can file a claim with the relevant company. Some of them, like Belgard, allow you to transfer the warranty if you sell your property.
Our Labor Warranty
At Majestic Outdoors, we have a five-year labor warranty that covers all construction and installation projects. We also have a six-month warranty on situational problems that can affect wood, like splitting and cracking. If you notice any of these within the warranty window, we’ll take it upon ourselves to process a claim and replace the affected boards.
